Truth Bomb Mom: I Have No Time for Work Outs

After giving birth to Arria I did kickboxing for almost a full year, until I discovered that I was pregnant again (with our second child, Jaiyce). Now that Jaiyce is a little older, I'm finally ready to seriously start working out and toning-up again. The only problem: I don't have TIME! lol This is where-- like everything else-- we have to get creative as parents. So in this episode of Truth Bomb Mom, I'm talking about working out as a stay-at-home mom... because seriously, who has time for that?!?! Answer: nobody. And though this may be true, ultimately we need to make time for it-- because our health and self-care matters.
So whether it's a light jog, jump rope, a little yoga, or just taking a moment to dance with the kids-- as long as you're moving about and making your heart happy, you're doing great mama! Head over to the Truth Bomb Mom page and watch the newest video HERE!
